Who can use ForceHires

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use ForceHires on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts for someone else without their permission.

Candidates

Your candidate profile, including your résumé, intro video, certifications and job preferences, is visible to recruiters with an account on ForceHires, and to the recruiter for any job you apply to. You can change or delete your profile at any time.

• Only upload content you have the right to share, and don't include other people's personal information.
• Represent your experience and certifications honestly.
• ForceHires doesn't guarantee interviews, offers or employment.

Recruiters and employers

• Post only genuine, currently open roles, with accurate descriptions and pay ranges.
• Contact candidates only about relevant opportunities.
• Follow all employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to your hiring.
• Keep candidate information confidential and use it only to evaluate candidates for roles. Don't scrape, export, resell or share it.
• You're responsible for your own hiring decisions and for any agreements you make with candidates.

Practice questions

Practice questions and explanations are for learning only. We review them carefully, but they may contain mistakes and aren't official Salesforce certification material. Visitors can answer a few questions before we ask them to set up a profile to keep going.

Things you can't do

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, harassing or illegal content.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you work for.
• Use bots or scripts to scrape, copy or bulk-download content from the site.
• Try to break, overload or get around the site's security or limits.
• Use ForceHires to send spam or unrelated sales pitches.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give ForceHires permission to store, display and share it as needed to run the service, for example showing your profile to recruiters or a job post to candidates. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with a recruiter you applied to.

Suspending or closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Disclaimers

ForceHires is provided as is. We don't verify every job post, profile or claim, and we aren't a party to any employment relationship formed through the site. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to ForceHires is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

ForceHires is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ForceHires grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use ForceHires after an update means you accept the new terms.
